Ok, so I know there is a lot of info about DX10 out there but it's a bit like information overload so please excuse me starting another topic.

 

I have a couple of specific questions:

 

1) I understand that DX10 can increase frame rates and also improve elements of graphics within FSX, is this fair?

 

2) I have a lot of payware scenery, Orbx areas, FTX Global, UK2000 airports, Aerosoft airports, FlyTampa airports...is compatability an issue?

 

3) Are Sweet FX and DX10 compatible?

 

4) Is "using DX10" simply a case of checking "Enable DX10 preview" ?
