unfortunatly i am geting the following error msg during update.

Could not write value Complete to key\Products\A8FF3B2933C3CFE458D0FC925E24299D\Features. System error . Verify that you have ...

i try even to uninstall completely the v2 version but the above mentioned error displaye even during uninstalation.

all the above actions prformed under admin authoraistaion.

Hi Paschalis,

 

I suggest you run a repair on version 2.0, then update to 2.1 using the MSI installer from the full 10.5 GB download archive. If you see that error again towards the end of the install just click on 'Ignore' and it will finish successfully. This is a known issue and we had assumed that LM had fixed it ready for the 2.1 update. Unfortunately it persists but seems to be of little significance.

 

There's a lot about it over on the LM forums.
