Remove OrbX Regional airport to allow for full Payware airport

Hi! Forgive me but I couldn't find explicit instructions or a sticky on this. 

 

I have installed an orbx region and I'd like to remove some of the orbx regional airports that might conflict with more detailed add-on airports I had installed prior.

 

Can someone describe in detail or post a link for me? Appreciate it.
