March 17, 201412 yr This would be the place where a lot are using Precision Flight Controls for a yoke, and we don't have a hat POV to look around in (spot view). For years I have been using their yoke and throttle quadrants. To look around in spot view I have a Top gun joystick and I DISABLED all the axis and just leave the HAT POV active for spot view . Lately I have been flying along and noticed the aircraft would just pitch violently side to side and uncontrollable, and thought it was caused by my weather program (Opus) . One day I accidently notice it was my rudder pedals in the neutral zone they would flicker back and forth very aggressively. First thing I did is make sure there was no axis from the Joystick which I disengaged causing conflict. Took the Saitek pedals apart, sprayed contact cleaner in there, -same thing so I said the heck with this, ordered brand new Saitek Cessna pro pedals . Was gonna order the PFC pedals but 100 dollar shipping and 50 for exchange would of came to around 800 bucks didn't make any sense so I backed out . I get the Saitek in , hook them up low and behold the same thing, so I bought these things for nothing. Checked again to make sure the axis in the Top gun joystick were not active, every thing seems ok but major joystick noise in my brand new pedals . Accidently I gave the rudder a twist on th joystick and I see the rudder working on the air craft looking at the tail even thought they are not showing up in the axis in flight sim under control Axis. I unplugged the joystick and my problem went away but now I can't look around in spot view and it's driving me nuts so what are you guys using or what are you doing when you want to see outside ?. I also think FSUIPC was causing my problem . Louis Massicotte Caroline Alberta
