This may be one big cliche, but I am a firm believer of give credit where its due. Yesterday I submitted my 2nd support ticket to PMDG since becoming a client of theirs many years ago.

 

The level of service delivery and professionalism is of the highest degree, and especially to Paul that once again assisted me and sorted out my issue. I really can't thank you enough. For that kind of service delivery and product quality, I will surely support you for many years to come.
