VoxATC not opening

When I enable Vox I get a warning of fatal error and told to disable. I have a flight plan. Is there a way around this? Vox was fine until I did an fsx reinstall.

Did you re-install VoxATC after you re-installed fsx?  Also be sure to re-run the panel install utility.
