Js_41 Blank Gauges

i bought js- 41 yesterday after activation ,the gauges wont show , all are blank,am i doing anything wrong ?i have already   install  js sp1  too .please help

For someone to be able to help you more information is needed. Like

 

Operating System

FSX Version

Also if UAC (windows 7) is active or not.

Also if Antivirus was on or off.

and if FSX runs as admin or not.

 

In all the more info you provide the better.

im using window 7 home premium

fsx gold edition

UAC  is off  and antivirus too is off  and im running  fsx as admin. 

intel 17-2600k@ 3.40 ghz

16 gb ram

Nvidia 560 ti 

1 tb hard dsik

i reformmated my  pc  and install everything  and it seems to work at first and as i restart my computer and try again and  some of the display screen are gone but the fmc  and engine indicator  screen are working and i havent  added any addon except  pmdg 777 and ngx 737  which are working alright

it seems to be working now after i have uninstalled my anti virus, im using zonal alarm anti virus  so how do i get  my anti virus back without interferring  pmdg js41 ...thanks
