AVSIM will shut down starting sometime after 1000 (1500 GMT) Tuesday, March 25th, EST. We expect to be off line for no more than 30 minutes while we replace a RAID system disk. If that fails, we could have to initiate a restore and that could take up to 20 hours or so. Based upon our experience two weeks ago, the RAID system did not do what it was expected to do and a back up restore was required. If we go offline for a total restore, please keep updated by reading our updates on our Face Book page.
