Feedback requested on new FSX build

On a budget, here's what I've pieced together on pcpartpicker.com ... http://pcpartpicker.com/user/mesaba116/saved/47L2

Any general thoughts are appreciated, and I have a specific question about overclocking and cooling -- If I want to take the i5-3570K just slightly up over 4 GHz, would air cooling be sufficient?  I don't intend to go crazy and push the OC, so I don't necessarily want to buy liquid cooling that might not be needed.

Anyway, comments are welcome.

Thanks

Looks pretty decent!

I overclocked a system on that same mobo and a 3570K with a cooler master 212 evo to 4.3 ,so if you get a cheap air cooler like that you will get a decent clock and stay on budget.

You might want to get a Z87 board with a 4670K to try and stay a bit more future proof, especially as the price will be pretty much the same.

If you are planning on doing this in a couple of months, I would even suggest to wait for the 4690K which should be coming in a couple of months at the same price.

Lastly, I would go with a slightly larger SSD, maybe 200GB, just to make sure you can grow FSX as large as you need to, but that depends of course on the amount and types of add ons you are planning on using.
