RE; Extended download service

RE order #265130 Extended Download B747-400 for FS9. Over a week now and still waiting. Your website indicated replies within 48 hours!!! What is the problem.

Probably went to your spam folder if you haven't checked.  Also, it would probably help to submit a ticket at support.precisionmanuals.com

 

This forum is for support by the community.  Official support goes through their official support site so that it can be tracked, and managed.

Been there done that twice...PMDG IS JUST SIMPLY NOT RESPONSIVE...A customer for many years, this is the worst I have experienced with them.

If you log in right now, do you see any active tickets?

 

Also, they can't verify who you are even if they did see this thread without your full name in your posts.

No active tickets even though I opened 2... Full Name and order # and email!!!

 

Sorry.  I missed that you'd posted it in your first because I was simply looking at the last post.  No need to get overly excited about it.  Just trying to help here...

 

Also, if it's not showing any active tickets in the system, it means it didn't submit properly.  Either you missed a step, or you may need to try another internet browser.

If the tickets aren't active then they have no idea they even exist.

Double check the process and like Kyle said, try a different browser.

 

PMDG is very prompt at support...if they know about the ticket.

Appreciate your comments...really. Just frustrated as Service paid and should have had link. Sent 2 messages thru their internal contact.
