I was working on my ilyushin panel whats the wrong my xml its not working truly ?

Check that Axis and Position of your needles are correct.  The attached pic, Gauge - Rotating Needle.jpg, will help:

Then, have a look at the Fuel Quantity gauge in that folder.  Its similar in construction to your OA Temp gauge.

Honestly, I dont know how to attach pics since AVSIM changed their rules, and if you cannot get into the Google Drive folder that I set up with the files for this response, then I cannot help... at least, not in AVSIM.  If you post the question at FSDeveloper.com gauges forum, I can help there

 

If I knew how you attached your pic, I would do the same...  AVSIM ... I dunno
