Landing/taxi lights intensity help

I have the standard C206 not the HD.  The projection of my landing/taxi lights on the ground are so dim that I am not sure they are even working correctly.  Is there some way I can increase the brightness perhaps thru the aircraft cfg file or a substitute bitmap that might help me out?
