"terrain/scenery.cfg file is missing or damaged"

Dear all, I need help!!!I couldn't access fs9 because of recurring crash which I couldn't identify because of garbled error message. I thought it was the result of some sceneries I had created with Runway12 just at that time so I deleted them manually (in hindsight I now attribute this to a browser hijack which resulted in lots of viruses).The result when I got my computer running again is that I now get following error messages:terrain.cfg is missing or damaged etc. (probably the result of rway12)andscenery.cfg is missing or damaged. Please reinstall Flight Simulator to restore or repair the file. Flight simulator will now quit.Which it then does...Everything seems to be working just fine in safe mode however. Is there any way of fixing this whithout reinstalling as I have a massive amount of payware and freeware addons which I will spend days reactivating???Best of luck to you all,Sascha:-hang
