I preordered the Videos, but i can only see Watch Trailer.

Do I have to buy it again? Or does my preorder worked?

I only have an Vimeo E-Mail for the Preorder, but i dont know if the money was sent.

Hi Chriz, we're not sure what has happened with the pre-orders - if you go into your setttings via your vimeo.com account then you can cancel the pre-order and just purchase again. You don't actually pay at the time of the pre-order so you'll only be charged once!

Sorry for the muddle, but this is a new platform for us (and Vimeo) so there's a couple of gremlins.
