Is this AVISIM a network to fly connected (like VATSIM, IVAO, etc.) ?

If the answer is "yes", how can I do to get my login / passoword and software to connect ?

 

Im looking for a topics here, to find more informations about "panel build"; but, some topics "I cannot start a topic" ... may I get "power" to write a topic ?

 

About "Panel Builder" is there any especific topi about it ? I want to buy this one, but, before, I need to understand something like: "is there a panels builded by others users, and, a directory to download ?". I´m looking panels for:

1. Carenado King Air B200

2. Carenado King Air C90B

3. Carenado Baron 58

(and others little and medium planes: Lear Jet 45 default, Flight1 Cessna Mutang, etc)
