Speech recognition driving crazy!

Ok guys, had to work today. Well sorry to say i already used IOLO :(. The USB i'm using is a adapter with 4 usb ports and then this plugs into the mother board. This is a desktop PC.

 

Andy, when I click 'setup a microphone' I don't even get in to it, i get box come up and say's " Your current default speech engine does not support this action at this time "..It said this even before i ran IOLO..... :). Guess I'll try Windows repair, and see if this helps...If not, looks like a clean install of W7.
