All you need is need is the correct ILS signal tuned in the NAV/RAD page.  IFR/VFR (IMC/VMC) & a FMC flight plan is completely irrelevant. 

 

You can fly a circuit just like a Cessna, make sure you have the Flight Directors engaged & the aircraft is configured and stable to continue the approach below 1000ft.
