Can i use Ray Smiths  FSX afcad updates with p3dv2,2,?,  also is the default airport world in P3D the same as FSX when i first installed that, has there been any updates?

Yes, but you will need to use Airport Design Editor and run the "reset all draw flags" to fix the missing taxiway issues.  I've already done that to several of Ray's AFCADs.
