Howdy!

I have seven Carenado aircraft: C337, Baron, C182T, Centurion, C90, B200, and TBM850. Of these seven models, five have my preferred MFD setting of Track UP instead of North UP. Unfortunately, the 182 and the 850 have North Up as the default.

I can change them on start-up (I usually start Cold and Dark), but much prefer having the default set correctly.

The manual says the defaults can be reset in G1000_config.xml, but no such file exists!

Anybody know a work around?

Thanks!

Answering my own question...

Carenado put the XML file into a *.CAB file. I can extract the specific G1000_config.xml file and change the default, but putting it back into the CAB file is problematic.

Tech support did as least say they were sorry...    :P
