April 21, 201412 yr hi there I use FSUIPC to assign flight control axes, including rudder (I do this because i built my own rudder set from a cheap scrap joystick, repurposing the xyz axes into rudder and progressive differential toe brakes - the assignement is a doddle in FSUIPC but a real pain in FSX) . All axes are disabled in FSX. FSX clearly thinks I have no rudder and keeps cluttering my screen with "helpful" tips re: having a rudder axis or turning on auto rudder. This is while I am flying with great rudder control (through FSUIPC). Does anyone know how I can turn this behavior off? Cheers houndini
April 21, 201412 yr This happens to me a lot. Just go to settings, then realism tab. Then, just un-tick "Show Flying Tips" located at the top right of the tab. You're good to fly!
