I don't know where to address this but I have been searching for days without any luck. I have FS2004. And I also have sqwakbox 4.0. Up until a few weeks ago I cant see other planes on the vatsim network. Someone said it was a router problem but I have wifi and I have connected to several connections with the same problem. I am running windows 8.1 ATC can see me and I hear them and other planes but I cant see anyone. I also have Norton360 Premier Edition. Any help would be great

When this had happened to me, it was that I had forgotten to set multiplayer on the FS side.  Everything was fine with my on-line flight but I was seeing AI instead of the other players.
