Install Vector - Yeh or Neh?

I bought it when it first came out but held off installing it.  When 1.10 was released I felt there were still too many elevation issues that couldn't be corrected with the tool.

Now we have 1.15 I'd like to know what the concensus of opinion is.  Reading on the forums I see there are some airports that are broken despite having been run through with the Tool - Madeira, KSFO?

My main concern is flying to an obscure default airport, which I often do with my VA, and finding the runway threshold in a trench.

Do the existing anomalies outweigh the package itself.
