i created a new mission with ATC audio, but when in flight start the wav, if i press pause then unpause, the audio stop.

It's normal??

ATC audio is not a mission creation tool,

I think Parizio means the (sound) wav does not continue after Pausing and Re-starting FSX in his mission.
