PMDG 777 and Saitek Throttle

Hello All,

I've had the saitek throttle for years now and ended up adding a second one recently.  I'm wanting to map the throttle, through a registered version of FSUIPC, to PMDG 777.  The PMDG 777 documentation does not recommend doing this.  I was wondering if anyone has done this and if there were any issues.  I came across a thread on avsim that led me to believe it may be possible.

At this point, I would be happy to have just the throttle and not too worried about reverse thrusters.
