Would like to buy a second plain, The PMDG 747-8i/F Model Extension for 747-400X in the PMDG shop, but Login not possible, forgot my password, after click "Forgot my password" then nothing happens? Create a new account also fails?

I tried to Checkout with PayPal, then the payment request will be rejected was because I'm not logged in. I think I'm doing something wrong? Early morning 07:00 US time I sent an email for help, does anyone know a solution?

 

PMDG doesn't respond to support emails, they haven't done so for years.

Go to support.precisionmanuals.com and log in, or create a new account. This support portal is NOT tied to the shop or AVSIM, a different account is required.

Then, send them a ticket.

 

This is not something we, other users, can help you with, sadly.

Today I've made my first flight, it is unfortunate that download PMDG_744-8i_KL.exe not work :-(
