P3D 2.2 and AI traffic Lights issue

Does anyone else have the issue of AI lights not being visible at night? It appears that that may be on if I zoom into the AI plane but you cannot see any nice AI lights from a distance.

I tried both stock lights and Shockwave lights and still cannot see them.
