February 24, 200521 yr I was wondering if anyone has tried these yet. I am not sure if I should install these or not but, these could possibly be satalite imagery. It is created by Matt Fox and is in the library now. I was wondering if there is night lighting as well. If these are easy to install which I might try to download and read the docs about it. I am very curious. If anyone installs this please place your comments here on this thread. Thank You,
February 24, 200521 yr Are you saying that these are replacement textures for FS2004 scenery? I thought they were just for use with the FSM Moving Map.
February 24, 200521 yr Hi,These textures are for the new FSM moving map program. They have nothing to do with textures for FS9.
February 24, 200521 yr Author Moderator Kurt,I've installed all the available sectional maps as well as the two satellite image files. I'm running the program on a separate PC connected to FS via WideFS.The quality of the images is excellent. Of course some compromises have had to be made between quality and file sizes but I feel you won't be disappointed. Night lighting isn't relevant because these are separate maps - not FS textures so whether you're flying at night or during daytime you see the aame image.Installation is easy. The excellent help file makes it a doddle :-)Cheers, Ray (Cheshire, England).
