Anybody know if Bill Molony is still around?

In tweaking FSX,  I had to go back to Bills awesome Atlanta Skyline scenery for FS2002 to correct the major issues with the Atlanta area in the native FSX.   there are some issues with Bills scenery in working in FSX, mainly in aligning the buildings to the current ground /road structure, and in some floating buildings. (which I dont have a clue how to fix.) 

I was wondering if Bill is still in the community so I could approach about either a fix and update, or possible permission to reuse his objects in another freeware scenery to update Atlanta.
