Do the freeware airports like kjfk have moving vehicles like pushback tugs,catering trucks?.do these vehicles/airbridges move up to the aircraft when it parks?

No not in FS9, in order to achieve this you either need an aircraft model that comes with a tug feature (i think posky has it?) or use AES for the complete experience But this only works with certain freeware and payware airports (http://www.aerosoft2.de/downloads/aes/aesairports.html)
