JF Airbus A330 VC Has All Grey Windsheilds

I recently purchased the Airbus Collection: Long Haul from JF. This was a CLS plane initially.  Having a problem with the FSX A330/340 with total grey windshields - front as well as side views.  The 2D panel has greyed side panels only. Was wondering if this is a DX10 problem or some other texture or panel problem.  I have tried changing the legacy  in the fixer with no impact.  The outside and the rest of the interior are just fine. Checked the AVSIM, CLS and JF forums which a few have indicated similar problems but no solution was given.
