Hi all,

 Just wondering if the above is achievable, and if so, how? This would be another great way to reduce the pile-ups, especially at busy airports. I already use AI Smooth and AI Separator, which have greatly reduced the go-arounds. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

No sorry, and not in FSX either. You are asking too much out of the FS ATC System. It was never designed for all the AI stuff we throw at it on a regular basis.
