June 20, 201411 yr Don't know if anyone has had this happen before, but usually it seems to happen when ascending and you need to contact the ATC. I've noticed on an odd tendency even though I had pressed "1" to contact and acknowledge it will immediately say "Delta 20 heavy unable." The ATC will reply "Ok, new plan, use your best rate." (or close enough). This doesn't seem to affect the flight at all, I just thought I'd report it.
