Airline jobs?
How fluent must I be for a job with the companies do you know? I can hold a decent conversation but I don't know that I'd know everything related to airline operations that I'd need.

Airline jobs?
As in blind as a bat without my glasses. I can barely get a drivers license. CSA sounds pretty cool, I am in school for an AAS in managment at the moment if that helps. I also wouldn't mind a job where part of the requirements were to travel to x y z place for some reason or other. I'm conversant in French (though not quite fluent, and hope to certify for interpreter one day). I have no real attachments that I'd need to worry about things like being home anytime soon.

Airline jobs?
I'm thinking of looking for an airline job, but I don't know what kind of jobs there are. I kind of want to work with people but not as a flight attendant. (I also cannot fly due to eyesight) I only have a vague notion of the kinds of jobs that airlines have.

Language and flying?
I'm preparing for a trip to France, and the main though not the only reason is to work on my French and be around it as much as I possibly can before I leave, and I thought why not start early and hitch a ride on a French carrier that does international flghts, am I more likely to hear French from flight attendants and whoever it is that pops on the intercom during a flight? (be it flight attendant or pilot) or is it mostly going to be English?

Can you choose a flight based on aircraft? (real life)
I'm saving up for a trip to France in the near future, and I was curious. Is there a way to search flights for aircraft rather than price?

Do any of the programs designed to boost performance actually work?
I'm curious. If so, which one is the best at it?

Aircraft won't refuel from the FMC?
Thanks! I remember this being an absolute joy to fly. I never flew the updated version, looking forward to it this afternoon! Patrick Boynton

Aircraft won't refuel from the FMC?
The percent full changes on the FMC, but not in the data up at the top of the FSX screen (Where it shows things like fps, the wind etc) Should it? Or is this something new? Patrick Boynton

[25MAY16] PMDG 747-400BCF preview!
Will this be just the 744F? As much as I love the 747, I'm not that into cargo. Patrick Boynton

FSUIPC controlls will not work? (Rudder, Ailerons)
Can you set up buttons without setting up axies? I've never been able to figure that part out. Patrick Boynton

FSUIPC controlls will not work? (Rudder, Ailerons)
I need some help, I've noticed that neither the rudder nor the ailerons will function in FSIUPC, but they will if I turn them off, what am I doing wrong? They work fine for other aircraft. I haven't flown this aircraft since the last update, is there something I have to do in the default panel loadout to get the rudder and ailerons to work? Patrick Boynton

Question about the difference between PFPX and FSC9
I've noticed that FSC 9 and FSX both will give you wildly inefficient flight plans, for instance from my home airport to Dallas, it had it's lowest waypoint down by New Orleans, which is a few hundred miles out of the way, when I put the same flight plan into PFPX it made more or less as efficient as it could be. My question is, why are both FSX and FSC so weird in their flight plan creations?

How to properly set up trim on an aircraft?
I've noticed that pretty much all of the aircraft pull to the left a bit on take off do most aircraft have a rudder trim or something? (Sorry I don't know the terminology)

How to properly set up trim on an aircraft?
I realize that all aircraft are different, but is there general advice out there? I've never really bothered with it in flight simming because it seemed a bit complicated and I could get by without it. I'd like to learn now, so that's my question. Is there a general rule of thumb for setting up trim on an aircraft?

Is there a way to tell RC what kind of aircraft you are?
When it calls out to another aircraft to let them know that you're nearby it will say such and such MD11 climbing through such and such referring to you, it doesn't do it the first couple of times you fly the aircraft it just says " " for the aircraft type. Does that make sense?
-
Is there a way to tell RC what kind of aircraft you are?
I've heard it learn what kind of aircraft I am flying, but is there a way to tell it before you fly what kind of aircraft beyond turbo prop, heavy etc? Can I tell it someplace I'm flying a "Dash 8?"

Q400 and landing? (majestic)
Thanks, I knew about the no autothrottle, which is kind of fun It's similar to the PMDG j41 in a lot of ways.

Q400 and landing? (majestic)
I figured that part out .

Q400 and landing? (majestic)
I've read and I've watched, but the videos I've seen don't really go into detail about what you do to get the q400 on the ground, and the posts I've seen seem conflicting on if there is some sort of auto land for the plane? Is it a basic ILS system? I can't seem to figure it out.

Another q400 question
Ok, so I've finally figured out mostly everything except the flaps do not go down when I hit the flaps lever what do I press to unlock them?

What does it mean when an aircraft feathers?
I have two aircraft where "auto feather" is a feature in FSX, and I was curious what is it? (the majestic q400, and the PMDG js41)
