Does anyone else have shimmering water reflections?

Hi all.

Trying to nail down a really frustrating part of X-Plane for me....the water reflections.

For whatever reason, the reflections in the water shimmer for me (very annoying amount of it too) and I'm always left having to turn water reflections totally off -- which of course makes the water look terrible (to me anyhow).

I'm on Windows 8.1 and routinely use Nvidia Inspector for my P3D install.

Does anyone know of any settings in NI that might help with the reflection shimmering?

I use HDR=On

I've tried everything - Including absolutely maxed out AA and AF in the Sim itself.

I just can't believe with literally every setting on absolutely maximum the reflections still shimmer and it makes me think there must be a tweak to make it better.
