AI Assistance

Featured Replies

I have a bit of an odd problem here. Whenver I fly anywhere, there will be two of the same aircraft flying to the same destination, like if its Air Canada 333, two minutes another Air Canada 333 will ask clearance to leave and go the same destination. Does anyone have any ideas on why this is? I mean I installed them using the PAI installer and only have used there official packages and normally only use there official AFCAD files. Some assistance here would be appreciated.

Sonds like you doubled up the traffic bgl's some how. Look in sceneryworldscenery for any duplicates. Also active addon scenery folders, if necessary.Hope this helps,Mikehttp://members.rogers.com/jkanold/mikelogo.gif

I have all the airlines that I have installed like "Traffic_PAI_ACA.bgl", then I have a file called "Traffic_PAI.bgl" which is the same size as all files with the airline name in them. Could this be my duplicate problem right here?

It sounds like you've found the problem. Just eliminate the individual files and keep the big one. R-

Did what you said and so far seems to be working fine. The only thing I find odd though, I used the PAI Installer, why would it create all the files if I am going to get duplicate AI aircraft.

Sounds as though the installer slipped a cog for some reason. I have a whole bunch of PAI stuff installed and it never did that to me... no worries - it obviously doesn't happen often, and now you know what to look for.DJ
