Installing fs2004 programs under fs2002

Featured Replies

HelloDoes anyone now how to install fs2004 programs in to fs2002.Exp: I need to install a fs2004 program under fs2002. I enter fs2002 path directory and begin to install, but suddenly it appears me the error "Path to fs2004 is not valid".I want to change the .exe directiry or something like that....Anyone understands me?Please if you help me I will be very pleased...THANKS

Keep in mind some FS2004 add-ons not only won't run under FS2002--if you force them to install you may replace certain files or modules that differ between the two sims--and cause FS2002 to fail. If you give an example of the program you're trying to use, someone here may be able to tell you the risks, if any, of installing it into FS2002.-John

I don't know about the Lago MadDog, but here's what the Flight1 website says about the Level-D "This product is only compatible with FS2004, so of course, FS2004 is required". (Flight1 does have a 30-day refund policy.)Doug
