July 19, 201411 yr So I have seen a few other people posting about the external views, and I am having the same issues. Here is some extra info that may not have been put out though. I'm running FSX with and not getting external modeling with EZCA. When I switch to default external views like spot I get the model...however, There are no wheels and landing gear struts almost as if the plane in in the air. Also, this one is a little weird. Because last night I downloaded, installed and flew the -300 without any issues, this morning I fired it up again for a longer flight and none of the internal switches, buttons...anything work! I can't click them, and when I highlight them I don't even get the mouse icon change...I right click, nothing... As soon as I move off a switch and right click, I get the pop up menu. I attempted removing and re-installing both the 300 and the 200 base model. Still no joy. As a further fyi here is everything I am running with FSX FSX Shade EZCA TRACK IR ASN LINDA SPAD SAITEK (yoke, rudders, switch panel, radio panel, autopilot panel, throttle quad, MFD) All of my other aircraft work just fine, even the 737NGX 6,7,8,900 series...What did I doooooo!?! Any help would be awesome! Jason Ellis Jason Ellis AT1(AW) Quality Assurance
July 19, 201411 yr This may seem like a dumb question but did you activate with the right code, the 300 one not the 200. Because i had the exact same issue and it turned out thats what i was doing wrong. Good luck Kassim salim
July 19, 201411 yr I had some problems with the external views also, but when I run the EZCA configurator, all problems solved. Seems like even if this is a service pack, EZCA sees 777 as a new airplane and expects the configurator to be run. Murat Ozgul
July 20, 201411 yr Hi everyone, I have the same problem as well - no buttons or displays working in the VC and no gear shown in the external model. I also do not get the green "Initializing..." messages right after loading the plane. And since the displays for the FMS do not work, there is no chance to check the license or enter any keys etc. I installed the SP1 for the 772 first, and the 77W expansion right afterwards (virus scanner, firewall etc. all turned off). The patched 772 works perfectly fine. Any ideas? Thank you the most for your input & help! Regards, Christian Sieberer
July 20, 201411 yr Alright, doing a full re-install as described [here|http://forum.avsim.net/topic/446633-things-you-should-do-before-installing-777-sp1-read-this/] did the trick for me. When I opened the 77W in FSX afterwards, the activation pop-up would appear and everything works fine now. Cannot wait to fly this awesome bird! Good luck to you guys!
