July 20, 201411 yr Hi, I posted a ticket to the PMDG support earlier today (14:00 GMT), now I know they are busy (and time zones) what with the 300ER having only been out a few days (please don't jump on me, I'm not expecting a response immediately from PMDG) However when I look at the "My Tickets" page the only ticket visible is one that I sent to PMDG last year. Therefore: 1: Did my ticket not get filed into the system for whatever reason (I filled out the form correctly and pressed "Start ticket") 2: Do they not appear in the "My tickets" page until one of the tech's acknowledges my ticket? It just seems weird that it doesn't appear and I don't have a "your ticket was submitted we'll get back to you soon" email. Do I not get one until again, a tech looks at and acknowledges my ticket. Or am I going to have to re-submit another ticket? Thanks Edward Spence Edward Spence
July 20, 201411 yr Commercial Member If you don't see the ticket in your "My Tickets" page then it did not submit correctly. I would resubmit it.The response time is going to be lengthy after a release - always is, we have hundreds of them in the backlog and it's just three of us doing it. (usually only 1 or 2 at a time) RSR and I are on it right now trying to get through the stuff earlier this morning.
