Perf Init Uplink Issue

I have downloaded Service Pack 1 and have used PFPX for my flight plan as usual.

 

However,when I go through the initial process I carry out the Route Request Etc and get all the 'ping pong' signals but the Perf Init Uplink does not show and therefore when I click on Perf Init my values have not been entered.

 

Could anyone assist me in trying to find out why I am not receiving the Perf Init Uplink-what could be the reason.

 

Previously I have had no issues with the PMDG 777 and therefore this is a bit frustrating.
