Updating my ASUS Z87-A BIOS

I got my build back in march and looking to do updates i checked on the website and they have recent updates in there BIOS section.

 
I currently have the 1707, 13/12/2013 and i'm looking to update these to the newer ones on the ASUS website.
 
Below is what i have downloaded but not sure if i should install these. it does mention stability?
