Updating Fsuipc?

Hi everyone

I have a registered version of FSUIPC and it has not been updated.

What I don't know is how to update it.  I have been to Sim Market and they have my order history of the purchase but when I use the link from my original purchase it is still for the old version. 

Can somebody point me in the right direction as to how to update it and will the updated version change my settings?  I find this a bit confusing.
