Does anyone know how to turn on the pitot heat switch other than Shift+H ?

 

Please share the information , the switch location.

On the center-right of the cockpit, in a series of switches. I wanna say its to the right of the annunciator panel. There's three little rows of switches on it, they light up.

 

I'm doing this all by memory so its not exactly accurate. But it should give you a general idea. Try zooming in a bit
