August 4, 201411 yr I have used the correct format and get an email response saying the email is not in the system. Purchased it on Thursday it is now Sunday. Emailed support on Friday and nothing. Not upset as it might be an issue on my end and I know everyone has a life but its 50.00. Anybody have any ideas for where I should go from here. Contacted the company i bought it from but have not heard back from them either. I just got done reading about the shelving of version 5 so I can only assume much is going on in the life of the developer.
August 4, 201411 yr SWREG is not always prompt at certain times in forwarding user names to jd for entry into the auto-registration user database. Also jd could be delayed. As I said in your PM just follow the instructions on the pinned topic.
