I have only engine sound , not flpas or parking brake sounds , after the last update .

I had the same problem. I opened a ticket and PMDG helped me out. 

 

 

Go into your FMC - PMDG SETUP - OPTIONS - SOUND  (Where it says device on the Left.) Click On LSK 4L pick one that has speakers in it.
