Solutions

  1. Pilot25's post in only engine sound 777-300 was marked as the answer   
    I had the same problem. I opened a ticket and PMDG helped me out. 
     
     
    Go into your FMC - PMDG SETUP - OPTIONS - SOUND  (Where it says device on the Left.) Click On LSK 4L pick one that has speakers in it.
