February 28, 200422 yr Lucky I have some good FAA A&P and Avionics experience,Because I just got the thing back together after about 45 minutes of reassembly! It has 4 plastic rollers on the top and bottom of each pedal carrier that ride in plastic channels molded into the top and bottom covers, not to forget the many wires that need to be routed correctly, or else! The channels and rollers were full of crap after 2 years of use, and needed to be cleaned, they looked and operated just like the wheels on my 700 pound tool box at the hanger after rolling over rivets, safety wire, screws etc, you get the picture :-) So as a warning, if your pedals need cleaning, you better be mechanically inclined, or you will have a long night.
