777 300ER update will not install

Hi all,

I have been having issues installing the 777 300ER update released on Aug 8th. So I went ahead and uninstalled the 777 300 ER, removed any remaining folders pertaining to the 300ER, restarted the computer,

re downloaded the 777 300ER from PMDG. After re installing, I opened the operations center and there it was again. I checked the current version and it was the old version. It shows that I have an update

"again" but It will not let me install it. When I click to install it, it reverts to the page that I have no notifications.

I did successfully install the 777 200LR update but when I flew the airplane, shortly after takeoff, the computer crashed displaying that a program quit working.

Before this update, I had no problems at all with the airplane.
