Had a few major issues re-installing windows 7 a number of times over the past few months and now seem to have a problem re-activating the 737 NGX

 

How many times can it be activated on the same pc?

You should be able to reactivate it on the same pc an unlimited number of times. If you are having issues you need to open a support ticket with PMDG at http://support.precisionmanuals.com/Main
