I did a full backup of my FSX folders, and then I successfully re-installed FSX and all of my Addons, all I need is to restore my completed missions.

The record of your completed missions, (Granted Rewards),

and likewise your pilot records, (LogBook.BIN),

are stored in your OS user-profile.

 

 

 

Their exact location varies by OS.

 

Please see - FSDeveloper - Wiki - Problem Resolving (FSX)

 

 

 

IIRC both GrantedRewards.BIN and Logbook.BIN

are overwritten by a new install.

 

Hopefully you've a backup of that location.
