Nvidia Inspector vs Nvidia Controlpanel

I know that Nvid Controlpanel does not have as many options as Inspector,  but since P3DV2.3 does not need a lot of tweaking, can I just use it?    

 

In controlpanel, under tranparency sampling, is "4x (supersample)" the same as inspector "4x sparse grid supersample"?
